The design line for sweaters for women walks a thin barrier between appealing and frumpy. I was just looking over some of the sweaters over at Kohl’s and they had definitely crossed the line from classic style to positively frumpadelic in their designs. Then by chance, I also got an email tonight from Victoria’s Secret (where I often forget to look for sweaters) and they actually had some really sassy designs in sweaters for women.
Honestly I could live without the words on this sweater, but if you have never experienced the feeling of wearing a silk and cashmere blend, I high recommend it.
this angora tunic sweater with the wide band is designed to hide a multitude of figure flaws and it will work too. It calls attention to the shoulders (if you have a little glitter dusting powder, give ‘em something look at on your shoulders and make ‘em sparkle over the holidays). Angora is another type of sweater every women should have at least one of in her closet.
